i'm watching tv and lose my energy

black lines to the tv suck my energy out of my eyes


when i'm sitting in front of the tube, the junk 
delivered into my living room sucks off all my energy.

to switch over from channel to channel amplifies this effect:
i watch ,but i don't learn anything.

since my tv with the remote control is brocken, 
i can't switch remotely anymore.

now, i have got a tv without RC: it's fare more agreeable.
